How To Donate

Thank you for helping make a difference.

Evening News Editor David Bourn Said:

'It's fantastic that, after all our campaigning, something practical is going to be done to help prevent any further tragedies in this city. The pub and club owners, the Police, the YMCA and all the other agencies involved deserve enormous credit for getting off their backsides and getting something done. Now it's up to the parents. They have a responsibility as well, and they can help by donating money so this wonderful facility can stay in Norwich.'

If you would like to donate:

Thank you for the interest you have shown in the Home Safe & Sound Project and the SOS Bus, please get in touch if we can be of any further help.

Have you thought of supporting the SOS Bus?
(Any jokes about it being too heavy to be inserted here!)
Though the project has received some money from the government it will need financial support from the public and local businesses/organisations, to continue in the long term.
Would you or someone you know be willing to raise money or hold a fund raising event for the bus?

  • As an individual?
  • At your place of work?
  • In your local school?
  • As an organisation?
  • Or make the SOS Bus Home Safe & Sound Project your charity of the year?

The following are three examples of ways funds have been raised for us:

  • A local student raised over £800 for the project through a sponsored walk across Britain.
  • The City of Norwich School donated £6000
  • A local sports and social club raised over £700 by way of a crabbing competition!

If you are interested in raising money for the project, or can support us in any way, please get in touch to let us know what you are planning. May we pass on our thanks to you now if you are making this a consideration.

If you do know of any other person or party who would be interested in fund raising for us please pass on our details to them.

We are able to give presentations about our work, please get in touch if you would like us to attend a meeting.

    Once again many thanks.
  • SOS Bus Trolley key rings for sale

Help support the SOS Bus by purchasing one of our branded ‘trolley coin key rings’. The key rings are only £1.00 each, 67p of which will go to the SOS Bus.

The key rings have a dual use – they give the SOS Bus emergency number and times of operation and can be used in super market trolleys and some leisure centre lockers.

Every penny helps to keep the project operational.

    Trolley coin outlets to date:

  • SOS Bus (Friday & Saturday nights 9pm-3am, bottom of Prince of Wales Road, Norwich)
  • OPEN Office on Ber Street
  • H20 Wash & Valet on Ber Street
  • Greens Health & Fitness on Barrack Street

Out thanks to all these venues for their support.
