Colin Lang the pioneer of the SOS Bus project is today the proud recipient of an MBE in the queens birthday honours list, for services to the police and to young people in Norwich. Colin Lang said "I'm over the moon. Just to be nominated is an honour in itself. I still can't believe it. But it's important to say that throughout my service in the police force I have been part of a team. I owe an awful lot to the people I have worked with, and who have made the SOS Bus project successful. Without the support of the volunteers who give up their time there would be no SOS Bus".
